Overview
GPT Image 2 is being prepared as an AI image generation and image rewriting tool. By using the public preview, you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly.
Accounts
Account access is not connected in this theme pass. When account access is enabled later, you will be responsible for the accuracy of your registration information and for activity under your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing activity.
- Attempt to bypass security controls or gain unauthorized access.
- Interfere with service availability, stability, or other users.
- Upload or generate content that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
Product Scope
GPT Image 2 focuses on two public workflows: creating images from prompts and rewriting uploaded reference images with natural language instructions. Login, credits, payment, database separation, and production AI provider execution are not active in this theme pass and will be connected only after the dedicated GPT Image 2 setup is supplied.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the GPT Image 2 product, interface, and underlying implementation remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain rights to your own content to the extent allowed by law and by any third-party provider terms that apply to your usage.
Disclaimers
The preview is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Availability, model outputs, pricing, supported providers, and operational integrations may change as the product is configured.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GPT Image 2 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the product moves from preview to production. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
